Your needs, this model
Does it fit your priorities?
Which Standard HD length is offered in the IP series?
Rogue's separate Rogue Foam Rollers page identifies IP0095 as nominally 18 inches and IP0097 as nominally 36 inches; both are six inches in diameter, and the page gives a +/- 1-inch length tolerance. These codes are not the PD0001/PD0002 codes on the separate Rogue USA Foam Rollers page, so confirm the exact code and physical clearance with the seller.
Explore this need in the finder →What surface evidence is available for the Standard IP-series roller?
Rogue's shared family image assigned to the Standard child records shows a visible EPP bead-grain surface, and the page describes molded high-density EPP. The image does not distinguish IP0095 from IP0097, measure the texture, or establish tactile feel, pressure or comfort.
Explore this need in the finder →Does the Standard IP series have a confirmed hollow or solid core?
The page describes molded EPP foam but does not state a hollow or solid-core architecture. The shared image is not evidence of the inside, so these plans do not meet either hard core preference.
Explore this need in the finder →Two Standard lengths in the IP-series listing
Rogue's current U.S. page titled “Rogue Foam Rollers” offers Standard High Density rollers under two exact codes: IP0095 at a nominal 18 inches and IP0097 at a nominal 36 inches. Both are listed with a six-inch diameter, high-density EPP foam, and Standard HD density of 1.5 pounds per cubic foot. Rogue gives a plus-or-minus one-inch tolerance on the stated lengths. These are separate size choices, sold individually; the page does not describe a two-roller package.
The shorter IP0095 option is the compact-length choice in the finder because its published length is 18 inches. That boundary is inclusive, but its tolerance makes a strict maximum of 18 inches a fit question rather than a guarantee. IP0097 is the longer configuration; even the lower end of the stated tolerance is well beyond the 26-inch long-class boundary. Both plans remain six inches across, so the catalog length is not a diameter or height.

A density figure is not a pressure result
Rogue publishes 1.5 pounds per cubic foot for this Standard HD option. The density is useful for distinguishing the Standard choice from the higher-density Ultra Firm HD entry on the same Rogue Foam Rollers page, which Rogue lists at 2.8 pounds per cubic foot. The figure does not tell a shopper how much pressure an exercise would apply, whether the roller will feel comfortable, or whether it will suit a particular body area. This review does not convert the maker's density label into a performance score.
Rogue describes the rollers as molded EPP foam. The shared family image shows a repeated bead-grain surface, so the source supports a visibly patterned, not smooth, contact arrangement. It does not establish grain height, tactile relief, traction, durability or a therapeutic result. A shopper wanting a smooth surface should compare a model with a maker-documented smooth contact face; someone who needs pronounced raised zones should not assume small EPP beads provide a particular intensity.
Choose between span and storage length
The nominal 18-inch option takes less lengthwise room and gives less uninterrupted roller span than the 36-inch option. The longer format may be easier to compare when a shopper specifically wants more cylinder length, but it also needs a correspondingly longer storage location. The product page does not list a carrying case or sleeve, so portability here is only a consequence of the published form and size, not an included accessory claim.
If a shelf, gym bag, drawer or shipping container has an exact limit, the one-inch tolerance matters. Rogue's compact 18-inch option can fall on either side of a hard 18-inch fit; confirm the exact unit with the seller. The 36-inch size is in a different practical class, even though the diameter and Standard density are the same. The length options do not establish different foam chemistry or different usage outcomes.
Keep the Rogue product pages and SKU families separate
Rogue also has a separately named “Rogue USA Foam Rollers” page with a different PD-series: Standard PD0001 and PD0002. Its published Standard length, diameter, EPP material and density correspond to the same nominal size pattern, but the source pages do not map IP0095 to PD0001 or IP0097 to PD0002. The two parent pages and their SKU identities remain distinct here rather than being collapsed into one product record.
There is a further source caveat: the Rogue Foam Rollers page's visible specification table says “Made In USA: No,” while its product description says the rollers are manufactured in the USA. I cannot resolve that disagreement from the page, so this review does not assign the IP-series a production country or claim that its manufacturing history matches the Rogue USA series. The family photo above is not an IP child-specific length image, and the separate PD photos do not stand in for the IP codes. Confirm the exact SKU and any origin or dimensional requirement directly with the seller. For Rogue's separately titled Rogue USA page and PD-series Standard option, see the separate Rogue USA Standard HD assessment; it is not treated as the same SKU line.
Core and care details remain unreported
The source describes foam construction but does not say whether the roller is hollow or solid, identify an internal core, publish care instructions, give a load limit or provide a standardized firmness test. An end-face photo or “foam roller” label is not enough to infer internal architecture. These models therefore should not be selected when a documented hollow or solid core is essential. The same restraint applies to maintenance or durability needs that depend on instructions Rogue has not published on the page reviewed here.
This is a source-based assessment of product identity, published dimensions and stated material; it is not a report of ownership, hands-on use, exercise, measured performance, clinical value or durability testing. Before buying, verify that the offer is Rogue Foam Rollers Standard IP0095 or IP0097 rather than a similar Rogue USA PD-series option, check the nominal length against the tolerance and ask about core or care details if they matter to your decision.
